Because our products are custom-made and personalized, all sales are final once production has begun.

However, if there is an error in the final artwork caused by us (wrong file, corrupted file, or incorrect processing), we will gladly provide a corrected version at no extra cost.

If you experience any technical issues accessing your digital download, please contact us and we will resolve the issue promptly.
